It would be a service if TV Jobs would require employers to except electronic resumes. Seem to be a natural for a web based service.

Good idea about electronic resumes.. but you need to learn to spell "accept" correctly

Another great idea would be for TV Jobs to list if a station is number 1,2,3 or 4 in a market when you look under station info. That would help a lot.
